A compassionate and insightful counselling session that gave me hope, clarity, and practical tools to support my recovery from addiction.

Healing isn’t just about managing symptoms; it’s about being truly seen. With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist and medical psychiatric social worker, I have walked alongside individuals navigating life through depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, personality challenges, anger concerns, postpartum difficulties, autism spectrum differences, and relationship issues. My approach combines the precision of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness with a philosophy of deep mutual respect. However, my most profound insights come from a place of lived understanding: as a mother to a daughter on the autism spectrum, I know firsthand the nuances of neurodiversity and the resilience it requires. I don’t just see a diagnosis; I see a person with untapped strengths. Together, we will create a safe, non-judgmental space where your story is heard with every attention it deserves. Healing and growth are bound to follow.
For over two decades, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals during some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives. Since beginning my journey in 2004, after completing my M.Sc. in Psychology and MSW in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work, I have worked with people navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, personality difficulties, anger, postpartum struggles, autism spectrum differences, and relationship challenges. I do not see people as diagnoses. I see stories, resilience, pain that deserves to be heard, and strengths that are sometimes hidden beneath exhaustion or self-doubt. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices — but more importantly, it is rooted in compassion. I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel safe, respected, and never judged. Each person’s journey is unique, and I tailor therapy to honour that individuality. My work is also deeply personal. As a mother of a daughter on the autism spectrum, I understand both the beauty and the challenges of neurodiversity. This lived experience continues to shape my sensitivity, patience, and commitment to helping individuals and families discover their strengths and reach their fullest potential. If you are here, you are already taking a brave step. You do not have to walk it alone.

Why wouldn't more people use this all so powerful way of life. Very thankful for the patient listening and the scientific explanations on how our thoughts and emotions work and how to analyse and stay aware of them better.
