Dhannya Ittymathew (“Service Provider”).

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website.
2. Nature of Services

The Website provides a booking platform for therapy sessions conducted
directly by Dhannya Ittymathew.
2.2
The Website does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing
a medical or psychological emergency, you must contact local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
3.1
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to book sessions.
By using the Website, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1
Sessions are confirmed only upon successful payment through
Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
4.2
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change
at the discretion of the Service Provider.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1
Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session
are eligible for refund in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.
5.2
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session
are not eligible for refund.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1
You agree to provide accurate information during booking and to
attend sessions at the scheduled time.
6.2
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access,
or interfere with Website functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not
be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
arising from your use of the Website.
7.2
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid
for the session giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1
Online sessions may be conducted using Google Meet,
and payments are processed through Razorpay.
The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party platform disruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1
All Website content, including text, design, and branding,
is the intellectual property of Neuthinking.in and may not
be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Termination
10.1
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue
services in cases of misuse, harassment, or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
